  1. Transparency and Accuracy: We make our privacy policies accessible to the public and take utmost care to ensure the accuracy and security of all personal information. All such data is stored in password-protected databases.
  2. Data Storage: Personal information of our students, parents, and staff is securely stored within Eduprize, a protected system.
  3. Data Retention: Upon entering into a relationship with Lincoln Academy, staff, parents, students, and alumni consent to the school retaining their personal information in Eduprize.   4. Confidentiality: In compliance with the US Department of Education’s Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we do not disclose student or alumni personal information to third parties without parental or alumni consent, except for specific purposes allowed by Kenyan law, such as accreditation, academic research, and legal subpoenas. We may use visual media containing images of our community members for promotional purposes, respecting the privacy of underage students by refraining from publishing their names without parental permission.
    • Online and Print Media Usage: We may use photographs and other media in various platforms, including the Lincoln Academy website, social media channels, news sites, school brochures, magazines, advertisements, and third-party platforms. Extensive interviews with students require additional parental consent.
