Cafeteria and Transport

LUNCH & CAFETERIA SERVICE

At Lincoln Academy, students have the flexibility to either bring lunch from home or purchase meals from our cafeteria service provider, b’healthy. To enhance school security and promote student independence and responsibility, we do not allow home lunch or restaurant deliveries.

Our official lunch service, provided by b’healthy, will commence on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 23, 2022. The cafeteria offers a variety of options, including a hot lunch menu as well as an a la carte/snacks menu, specifically available for secondary school students. This ensures that students have access to nutritious and delicious meals, contributing to their overall well-being and enabling them to focus better on their studies.

BUS SERVICE

Lincoln Academy provides a convenient two-way bus service to students from Pre-K to Grade 12, although this service comes at an additional cost. It’s important to note that bus seat availability is limited, and securing a seat is not guaranteed for all students. To ensure a spot on the bus, parents need to apply for the service promptly after establishing their permanent home address.

At the beginning of the school year, students are allocated seats on buses based on the geographical location of their residences. The process of developing bus routes is intricate, and as a general practice, students residing farthest from the school are usually picked up first and dropped off last. This arrangement is made to minimize the time spent on the bus for all students. Lincoln Academy strives to optimize the efficiency of the bus service while accommodating the transportation needs of our diverse student body.
